Fantasy Hockey Feature: Unlocking Shea Theodore's draft value
A few days ago, I completed my first fantasy draft of the season by doing a best-ball draft over at Underdog Fantasy. It is a draft-only, points format that gives points for goals (6), assists (4), shots and blocked shots (1), and power play points and hits (0.5).
In this format, over the last two seasons, Vegas Golden Knights defenceman Shea Theodore averaged 7.64 fantasy points per game. That was 18th among all regular defencemen, and ahead of names like Moritz Seider, Morgan Rielly, and Victor Hedman.
