David Reinbacher has faced plenty of early challenges in his draft-plus-one season. 

He had a late start, playing his first games with EHC Kloten at the beginning of October when the NL regular season had already started a few weeks prior. In the first shifts of the third game, the Montréal Canadiens' fifth-overall pick sustained an injury that kept him out for the rest of the month.

He came back for a few games at the start of November, then had to sit on the sidelines for another two-week stretch before returning. Since then, Reinbacher has been in the lineup consistently, but the injury and missed time still show in his game.
