One of the first pioneers of the slapshot, Bernie "Boom Boom" Geoffrion won the Calder Trophy in 1952 with 30 goals and 54 points. Over 16 years in the NHL, Geoffrion won 6 Stanley Cups, 2 Maurice Richards, 2 Art Rosses, and a Hart Trophy. The 11x All-Star retired in 1968 with 393 goals and 822 points in 883 games.
